In 2017 a study was done measuring rate of skeletal muscle protein synthesis (muscle growth) with results showing subsequent increase in protein synthesis following an 8 week Omega-3 supplementation. There has been many claims showing that Omega-3 has a function in fat loss. After doing a lot of research i have found that there is no subsequent studies proving this occurs on humans, i guess you cant always believe every claim. The confusion on the claims of a increase in fat loss was caused by studies conducted on mice showing a trend in fat loss. Disregarding the claims of Omega-3 being used as a diet pill, Omega-3 has powerful effects in reducing the risk of heart disease, reducing symptons displayed from ADHD and other neurological disorders, antiinflammatory effects and finally shows to increase the rate of protien synthesis resulting in an increase in muscle mass.

What Omega-3 Product Do I Recommend?

When looking for a product of Omega 3 you want to be looking for dosage per serving.
